Dorothy Halvorsen is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Vermont and Massachusetts. Prior to her present affiliation, Dot worked in education at Mt. Anthony Union High School teaching English and serving as a Guidance Counselor. She has also owned her own real estate business prior to teaching. She is presently involved in the Bennington Museum's education program and acts as a docent for tours through the museum. She volunteers in the Family Court as a guardian ad litem and is associated with the American Institute for Foreign Study, finding placements for students from foreign countries.
