Dave Beach joined Hoisington Realty’s Commercial Division in 2008, and has been a Vermont Real Estate Broker, specializing in commercial real estate since 1993.  He is also President of Bennco Property Development and Management, Inc., a position he has held since 1992.

 
In 1976, Dave began teaching audio design, video production, introductory electronics and architecture tutorials at Bennington College, and in the same year, he also began developing commercial real estate which became his full-time profession in 1993.  He has also been supplying Architectural CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawings for area architects and businesses since 1995.
 
Currently, Dave provides CAD floor plan drawings to Hoisington Realty commercial clients, and upon request, residential clients. This helps customers assess the suitability and adaptability of a property to accommodate their needs prior to purchasing or leasing commercial property.
 
Originally from Schenectady, New York, Dave has resided in Shaftsbury, Vermont since 1986, with his wife, Pat Gibbons, a local teacher. They have two adult sons.
His various community activities have included: membership in the Better Bennington Corporation; Town of Shaftsbury Recycling Committee; Cub Scout den leader; Town of Shaftsbury Lister. He is currently a member of the Shaftsbury Facilities Committee.
