Hoisington Realty, Inc. is a full service residential real estate office founded in 1969 by William E. Hoisington. Kathleen Hoisington has been principle broker of the firm since 1974.
From it's beginnings the firm has been a leader in residential sales, and maintains a significant market share lead in residential sales both in volume and dollar amount. Hoisington services all segments of the community from local buyers to Vacation home seekers, and are well represented in all price ranges. The primary market focus is from Pownal, Vermont through Arlington, Vermont.
Kathy Hoisington credits their success over the past 38 years to company insistence on professional associates who practice real estate full time, and a strong support network back at the office. The company prides itself on always having an agent on duty during business hours as well as total weekend coverage both during and after business hours.
We also foster an atmosphere that emphasizes family commitments as foremost for our associates while still managing total commitment to our customers and clients.
